Displaying member IM name and e-mail addresses

Each member has the option to display their e-mail address and IM names in their profile. This information is only available to subscribers. I changed the way this information is displayed to non-subscribers. Non-subscribers will now see a message that states whether this information is available or not before they subscribe. Previously non-subscribers saw a message stating that they had to subscribe to see it whether it was posted or not.
