Displaying member photos on search results page.

Also displaying the first 60 characters of the "Tell others more about yourself" portion of the members profile. This will make it easier for members to see other members without having to click into their profile.

In addition, clicking on the member name or photo will open the profile in a new window. I hope this helps with some members having to redo their search when hitting the back button in a profile and seeing a page error instead of the search results they just left.
